Eliminate Odors Permanently

Odors can be controlled in two fundamentally different ways, masking and destructive elimination.

Most of us are familiar with the masking concept, which is the basic principle behind the products known generally as air fresheners. In this approach, a pleasant fresh smelling liquid is atomized and introduced in sufficiently high concentration that the fresh odor masks the unpleasant one, and the nose only detects a fresh scent.

The weakness with this approach is that the unpleasant odor is not actually destroyed, but rather remains in the background. It may still be detected by persons with more sensitive olfactory glands, or by a new person entering the environment. Further, if the unpleasant odor is being released from a persistent source, the masking process will need to be repeated frequently for it to be effective.

MilliCare Odor Neutralizer destroys odor-producing chemicals,
and can also be used to eliminate a persistent source. In this process, an odor-eliminating chemical is atomized or otherwise introduced into the atmosphere of the unpleasant odor. It then reacts chemically with the compound responsible for creating the odor by a reaction known as oxidation. This oxidation converts the odiferous chemical to a new compound that has no odor; i.e. the process actually destroys the odor.

Furthermore, when Odor Neutralizer is sprayed on the persistent source such as smoke, dampness, mold & mildew, sewage & bacteria, chemicals, etc., not only does it destroy the immediate odor, it also speeds up the destruction of the persistent source by oxidizing it to non-volatile (and therefore non-odorous) materials.

A safe, biodegradable, nontoxic and non-staining formulation, MilliCare Odor Neutralizer chemically changes (oxidates) the odor causing agents. Odor Neutralizer is not a deodorizer, air freshener, or enzyme product. It does not mask odors- it eliminates them and enhances the environment without the use of perfumes, fragrances and enzymes.
